Originally conceived out of the need to both handle and transport large loads to the jobsite, QMC developed a line of truck mounted hydraulic cranes that excelled in accomplishing both of these tasks in one vehicle.  Starting with a single rear mount design in 1977, QMC now manufactures a number of product lines including trailer, tractor, and center mounted cranes, all devoted to achieving one goal; to supply our customers with an efficient, reliable, and cost effective solution to their lifting requirements.

QMC remains a family owned and operated business located in Fountain Valley, California.  Our 40,000 sq. foot facility allows for a production capacity of approximately 50 cranes per year.  Being a relatively small company enables us to remain flexible enough to provide individual attention to each application, ensuring that each finished product is tailored for a specific purpose. Our reputation and continuous success is based on this individual attention to each unit produced

Our products are well established with a long history of outstanding performance and extreme durability. QMC continues to supply equipment to some of the largest and most demanding pre-cast concrete producers, municipalities, utility companies, oilfield service and construction companies all over the world. Many, such as the Salt River Project, Pacific Gas & Electric, Schlumberger and Halliburton, have standardized on QMC cranes for specific applications.
